These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and lmn.bar ("we", "us", "our"). By using lmn.bar, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

What lmn.bar Does
lmn.bar is a dashboard for DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands. It helps you:
- Connect your marketing and e-commerce platforms in one place
- View metrics and performance data across channels
- Get AI-powered insights and recommendations
We provide the tools—you bring the data and make the decisions.
Your Account
Creating an Account
To use lmn.bar, you need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Tell us if you think someone else accessed your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Who Can Use lmn.bar
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts. If you're using lmn.bar for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
Account Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users.
Using the Service
What You Can Do
- Access your dashboards and connected data
- Use AI features to analyze your metrics
- Export your data
- Invite team members to your workspace
What You Can't Do
- Use lmn.bar for anything illegal
- Try to hack, reverse engineer, or break the service
- Share your account with people outside your organization
- Scrape or harvest data from lmn.bar
- Use the service to harm competitors or other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Overload our systems with excessive requests
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your Data
You Own Your Data
The data you connect to lmn.bar (your ad metrics, sales data, analytics, etc.) belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of it.
What We Can Do With Your Data
You give us permission to:
- Store and process your data to provide the service
- Send your data to AI systems (like Claude) to generate insights
- Create aggregated, anonymized statistics to improve lmn.bar (we never share your individual data)
Accuracy
We display data from the platforms you connect. We do our best to show it accurately, but we can't guarantee the data from third-party sources is correct. Always verify important numbers with the original source.
Third-Party Services We Use
To provide lmn.bar, we integrate with several third-party services:
AI and Data Processing
- Claude (Anthropic) – Powers our AI recommendations and insights
- Composio – Helps us connect securely to your data platforms
Infrastructure and Analytics
- Supabase – Stores your account and dashboard data securely
- PostHog – Tracks product usage and helps us improve the service
Each of these services has their own privacy policies and terms of service. By using lmn.bar, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services as described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics and product usage (including optional sharing of AI conversation content) are described in our Privacy Policy; you can opt out of sharing AI chat content in Settings > Privacy & data.
AI Features
How AI Works in lmn.bar
We use Claude (made by Anthropic) to power our AI recommendations. When you use AI features:
- We send relevant context about your data to Claude
- Claude generates insights and recommendations
- Those recommendations appear in your dashboard
AI Limitations
AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. They're based on the data you've connected and the patterns Claude identifies. You should:
- Review AI suggestions before acting on them
- Use your own judgment for business decisions
- Not rely solely on AI for critical choices
We're not responsible for decisions you make based on AI recommendations.
Connecting Your Data Platforms
Your Responsibility
When you connect platforms like Meta, Google, Shopify, or others:
- You confirm you have permission to access that data
- You agree to follow those platforms' terms of service
- You understand we're not affiliated with those platforms
How Connections Work
We use secure methods (OAuth, API tokens) to connect to your platforms. We never store your passwords. If a platform changes their API or revokes access, some features may stop working until you reconnect.
Third-Party Platform Issues
We're not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party APIs or data availability
- Data accuracy from connected platforms
- Pricing or policy changes by those platforms
- Service interruptions from those platforms
Payment and Billing
Pricing
Our current pricing is available on our website. Prices may change, but we'll give you notice before your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
- You can cancel anytime, but we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods
- If payment fails, we may suspend your account until it's resolved
Free Tiers and Trials
If we offer a free tier or trial, we may limit features or usage. We can modify or end free offerings at any time.
Intellectual Property
Our Stuff
lmn.bar—including our code, design, branding, and features—belongs to us. You can't copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
Your Stuff
You keep ownership of your data and any content you upload. By using lmn.bar, you give us a license to use that content to provide and improve the service.
Feedback
If you give us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we can use them without owing you anything. We appreciate the input!
Service Availability
Uptime
We aim for high availability, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Sometimes things break, or we need to do maintenance.
Changes to the Service
We're always improving lmn.bar. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a major change that affects you, we'll try to give you notice.
Discontinuation
If we ever shut down lmn.bar, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and help you export your data.
Disclaimers
"As Is" Service
lmn.bar is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific needs.
No Warranties
To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-Party Services
We're not responsible for the platforms you connect or the data they provide. Issues with Meta, Google, Shopify, PostHog, Supabase, Anthropic, Composio, or other third parties are between you and them.
Limitation of Liability
What We're Not Liable For
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for:
- Lost profits, revenue, or data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Decisions you make based on lmn.bar data or recommendations
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Actions of third-party platforms or services
Cap on Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims related to lmn.bar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100 if you're on a free plan).
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of lmn.bar
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Data you upload or connect to the service
Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
If we have a dispute, let's try to work it out first. Email us and we'll attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If that doesn't work, any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in California. You agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with us individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
General Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding lmn.bar.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
No Waiver
If we don't enforce a right or provision, that doesn't mean we're waiving it.
Assignment
You can't transfer your account or these Terms to someone else. We can transfer our rights if we're acquired or merge with another company.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in the app. Continuing to use lmn.bar after changes means you accept the new Terms.
